BUS STOP AD HACKED.

5th October, Belgium.

received anonymously via email:

“Inspired by our fellow activists abroad, this was something we really liked, so went ahead and do research on the websites mentioned. With this add hack we honor the two year anniversary of Roses Law, and with the quote “All Animals Need Protection Under The Law” we honor Regan Russel who was murdered by a slaughterhouse truck driver.

INCITE, CONSPIRE, INSPIRE”

UNOFFENSIVE REPORTS – QUICK UPDATE WHILST WE CAN!

It wasn’t too long ago that we reached out to explain we were fully immersed in the badger cull campaign and little has changed since. We are still filming for the third episode of our documentary series and attempting to keep up with internet work at the same time.

We’ve received a few messages regarding merch that has not arrived after a while. If you’re experiencing any trouble with merch, please email unoffensiveshop (at) riseup (dot) net and the folks behind it will respond as soon as possible. Everybody is super busy lately so even if it takes a little longer than it should, do not think we’ve forgotten, we will be sorting it all out!

The badger cull in the UK certainly is some seriously draining campaign. Folks are walking over twelve hours a day in an attempt to save as many badgers as possible, under the rain, covered in mud but with the spirits up that every time they find something, dozens of badgers are spared off a cruel and unnecessary death. It is inspiring to see so many folks involved and working hard and we cannot mention the badger cull and give some credit to Underground Badger Syndicate (FB) (IG), who are working tirelessly and who you should support in any way shape or form. Please go to their page and follow their social medias, and if you can afford it, drop them a donation to help them carry on working. We have a combined 20k followers between our accounts. Even if just 10% donate ONE POUND, UBS would have enough money to last the whole cull!

If you’re unable to help on the ground, there are many things folks can do to oppose the badger cull. Stop The Cull on Facebook (or their website www.innocentbadger.is) provides with a lot of information on how you can help. They have provided you with hundreds of contacts of badger killers you can call and politely ask why they are murdering badgers. It sounds like a silly task, but you could be saving many lives. Remember NOT to call them late at night because they will be very busy killing badgers or sleeping to go visit their cages in the morning.

We cannot wait to have a little more time to pour into our website and socials. We are thinking of printing a new and fresh design before the end of the year, what kind of drawing would you like repping? And do you recommend any artists? Comment below and let us know!

PIZZA HUT WINDOW SMASHED

6th October, Brighton

Received anonymously via email:

“We saw someone had done in this pizza hut window before and how after replacing the glass the shop had written ‘vegan options here’ where the broken glass used to be. We knew then that it had to be done again. Our allegiance to the animals this company exploits, the environment this company pollutes and the staff they use can not be so easily bought.

We thought of Waka that day. A young man who died fighting alongside the YPG two years ago and who is missed by many. Including those who never met him but are touched by the actions he took to defend animals, both human and non human, and the planet we all inhabit.

We know a broken window is hardly enough to honour his memory and all the he lived and died for. But a broken window can turn into something much more. This is a call for all of us to see what Waka saw, that each injustice leads to another and we must challenge all of them. We must stop waiting for a saviour that will never arrive and get shit done ourselves. Occupy a tree to stop it being cut down, steal everything you can from the scummy corporations that fuck us all over, sab the hunters, open cages, fight to get rid of the borders killing so many.

To all our comrades, dead and alive, we stand together.

Waka will not be forgotten”

THE FIGHT MUST GO ON.

It’s been two years since Daesh murdered you and I considered not publishing anything about it because there is a risk that the 6th of October becomes the only day to remember you, but be aware; we’ve not forgotten and we have you present every day.

Waka was taken from us during battle two years ago today. He joined the YPG to fight Daesh and protect Rojava against fascism. He was a comrade, a friend, an accomplice, a teacher, an earth defender, a hunt sab, a shoplifter and an overall revolutionary. There is no real point to attempt to describe the gentle rage that Waka inspired in me during the time we spent together. Waka was many things, and ever shifting, and yet he was a solid and incredible human being.

I wonder where his notepad went. The one he used to write every single thought that hadn’t been explored properly, every question that hadn’t been answered yet, every new knot, new plant or any other trivial yet incredibly important bit of information. He was constantly learning, and he was constantly teaching. I remember sitting watching him ask questions and wonder how it was possible to listen to someone so deeply. He was always thirsty to learn more.

Yet he was not an armchair anarchist. His learning and discussing was backed by his actions. He would run to the top of the tripod as soon as the filth would appear to attempt an eviction in Hambacher Forst, he would multi task building a wall in a treehouse whilst cooking dinner for ten or he would hitchhike from Germany to Sweden just to sabotage a fox hunt in the middle of winter. Waka was not shy of taking action.

I guess this is the only thing I wanted to achieve by personally writing this. I wanted to remind people that the fight goes on and that we should all be taking action. We cannot win at the rate we are fighting and we shall do many sacrifices before we manage to see some change. Don’t be shy of learning, and don’t be shy of acting.

And to you, Waka, I just hope you know we are still fighting. Every fucking step we give, you walk with us, and with every step we are starting a fire that will light up the revolution.

And you know, whatever cages we find in the cull today I will extra smash them on your name.

Şehîd namirin

PS: To our comrades who have made their home in the mountains and who will most likely be planting a tree in Waka’s memory today, and to our comrades currently travelling to Albania to fight against the Turkish estate; we see you, we love you and we miss you.

The fight must go on.

8 RABBITS RELEASED FROM A CAGE FARM.

26th September, Belgium.

Received anonymously via email:

“In the night of September 26Th 4 antispeciesist activists liberated 8 rabbits from a breeder farm in Belgium.

Thousands of rabbits are kept here in caged systems, from newborns who stay 6 weeks until their slaughter, to male breeder rabbits used as artificial insemination sperm donors.
We’re sorry we couldn’t carry more as we had to walk trough ditches, through cornfields and encounter bulls in the field.

A re-visit is planned. Now all rabbits have a chance to live somewhere where they are loved and cherished. Some little rabbits even jumped for joy as they came into their new home that night.

We encourage everyone to lobby to end these cage systems and ridiculous welfare ‘park’ systems, and plea for a total ban on rabbit meat in stores.

Get active. Take action. Empty all cages.”

TWO FUR FARMS RAIDED.

Late summer, USA.

Received anonymously via email:

“Late this summer animal liberation activists carried out two raids on fur farms in Idaho and Utah. Fencing was ripped down and nearly 2,000 mink were released allowing them to clamor toward freedom. Both farms sat near the edges of mostly undeveloped public lands, allowing plenty of habitat for the newly freed native predators.

Walking through a large field, quietly climbing a barbed wire cattle fence, and crossing the road in clear view of the house associated with the first farm proved easy. It became clear there was no visible electronic security, and the activists bet heavily that the faint barking was from a neighbor’s property, or at least from a dog contained within the fur farmer’s house.

Cage after cage, row after row, shed after shed, latches were opened and nesting boxes removed allowing the mink to escape to their rightful home. They spaced out the releases in order to disperse the noise from disturbed mink away from a singular location. The surreal and beautiful moment where the mink explored in the moonlight will be carried in the hearts of those that gazed upon them for a lifetime. The approving chorus from coyotes in the nearby hills still echo in their ears.

Days later, these activists found themselves before another sprawling fur farm complex. Watching for nearly an hour to be sure there was no movement from within the compound, they sat patiently, preparing to penetrate the property and rip down another fence. As they sat they could hear the scratching and faint chirping of imprisoned mink.

Beneath a bright moon, nearly full and neon pink behind the haze from the massive nearby wildfires, they proceeded to the perimeter. Cutting vertically though the chain link from top to bottom in two places 20’ apart, they prepared the fence to be felled by just a few quick snips along the top when the time came. This helped disguise the preparations should a security vehicle pass. The small wire cutters they thought to pack this time also quickened their work on the chicken wire at the base.

Several sheds were completely emptied. Its previous inhabitants were much more lively than the last farm too – screaming, running, and climbing the eight foot tall perimeter fence. More than 1100 were released and then the fence was toppled for all to make their escape.

Caging the wild is a heinous offense against life – against freedom. Every cage is worth emptying, and to begin this work is not difficult. Pressure from animal liberation activists, a declining demand for the products and economic downswings have come together to push the archaic fur industry further than ever towards full collapse. Wiping fur farms off the landscape is a worthy and attainable goal. What’s needed now is for the reader to reflect on what is stopping them from picking up where others left off.

As the fur industry teeters on the brink of collapse these efforts intend to push it over the edge. At this point, actually, finding operational farms seems to be one of the hardest parts. The rest is straight forward.

These activists lamented at one point that this activity wasn’t better training for assailing human prisons, too, but know any action can sharpen skills useful for confronting every industry.”

RICHII KLINSMEISTER HAS BEEN TAKEN TO PRISON

Many months after Richii’s sentence, the filth has taken him to prison to serve six months. We want to remind you how important it is to support folks in prison, write letters and send love his way, he will need it.

Richii was arrested and sentenced on bogus charges for fighting against the fur industry. He was targeted because of his history organising in animal rights in Sweden and used as an example to try to stop a campaign that has become increasingly effective. His charges are manufactured to make him look bad and are not based in reality.

Read his words below:

“Auf wiedersehen comrades

if you are reading this, I have been kidnapped by our animal hating & corrupt state and will be imprisoned for a while.

Many of you have asked me if I want any form of support in prison. Feel free to write me! However, do not feel obligated to send money or other expensive things. Instead, donate that money to your local animal sanctuary.

Never to stop fighting for the animals, regardless of any resistance or setbacks.

We are the only ones they’ve got, the only ones who want to save them at any cost and the only ones who care enough and are dedicated enough to set our egos aside for what’s right. We are the ones fighting to end cruelty and exploitation of animals and we’re going to end it once and for all, step by step.

Fight even harder to crush the resistance: show no mercy for those who stand between us and the oppressed individuals we are trying to save from a certain death.

Fight back. Organize yourself.
No revolution has ever begun without a fight, no revolution ever happened in silence. Silence Is Violence.

Raise your voice for those who can’t speak, fight until every cage is empty and smashed into pieces. I will join you as soon as I can.

For the animals

THE BADGER CULL IS IN FULL SWING.

We know we’ve been absent but there is a good reason for it, we are non stop working at the moment!

For the past weeks, most of us have been spending days and nights in the UK Government organised badger cull zones. Tens of thousands of badgers are murdered every year to appease cow farmers who do not know how to clean a barn. Accused of spreading Bovine Tuberculosis, badgers are either trapped and shot at in the morning or killed during the night with a high powered gun.

Hundreds of people work without rest for weeks to try and save as many lives as possible either by walking footpaths looking for shooters, by walking the countryside in search of traps to sabotage or by gathering intelligence on badger murderers that can then be released online.

This past week we have seen multiple internet actions where some hackers have managed to leak hundreds of names, addresses and other information related to badger killers in the UK. A couple of weeks ago, folks decided to let Simon’s neighbourhood know that he is a key participant in the badger cull by organising night demos and spray painting his drive. Meanwhile, autonomous groups and sabs report direct action every day, having found shooters to scare away or traps to destroy.

We’ve been following around different groups and individuals who put themselves in the frontline against the cull, filming their actions for the third episode of our documentary series.

As well as our standard online reporting, we have multiple projects on the works and we could really do with support. A few folks have messaged or emailed about merch and sadly we cannot print more sizes until we’ve made some money to order them.

As a reminder of how we work and because there has been another group exposed for malpractice and money hoarding, we want to ensure folks know what we do with money. The gross of the donations received are distributed between court fines and court support, arrest support and prisoner support. Some of there money collected goes towards up keeping of our website, servers as well as internet related costs. Some of it, when we can afford it, goes towards groups organising for a better world. Everybody at Unoffensive is a volunteer, we do not have a wage or do this for profit in any form.
