Daniel ”Des” Sanchez Estrada is convicted for moving a box of anarchist zines. On June 23th Des was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison, for “corruptly concealing a document or record”. The trial is a political witch hunt, in which the Trump administration is targeting people for being so called ”antifa”.
Des is one of 19 people who was arrested in the so called Prairieland Case, in which defendants as of now is sentenced to more than a total of 562 years in prison, for what allegedly happened around a solidarity noise demo outside the ICE Prairieland detention centre in Alvarado Texas on 4th July 2025. People came to the noise demo to show solidarity with the immigrants and detainees inside the ICE centre, and now they and others are facing decades in prison. There are a lot more details regarding the bogus case and trial, and all is not said and done for the defendants. Read more in the links below.
Des where not at the noise demo at the ICE detention centre. He was arrested two days after and accused of transporting ”antifa materials” (a box of zines), and of being part of a (fictitious) “North Texas Antifa Cell”. Also Des is currently on an ICE hold, and he has been publicly doxxed by fascists.

At the trial Des said:
“I worked really hard every day in this country, and I believe in human rights and helping others in need. I donate money and art to help animals and other people… I am a father, I am a husband, I am a teacher, a poet — I am many things, Your Honor, but I am not a terrorist.”
