“On the night of April 12, 2025, ALF visited Porvoo on Finland’s southern coast and destroyed two hunting towers, several feeding stations and a hunting trap, as well as burned down a hunting blind and destroyed another one. In addition, a game camera and some tools were stolen. The hunters in Finland can be certain that such attacks will continue in the future. Keep fighting comrades and fuck all the hunters!”
“Fuck them scum, we knew this place were killing birds because it is trap season and we were not wrong. As soon as we hit the shooting estate we found a larsen trap with a decoy crow. Unfortunately there was someone on a tractor so we had to leave the trap for later and keep looking. It didn’t take long for a second trap to appear with two magpies inside. Nobody around meant we could bag up both of the birds for a health check and after having some very stern words with the larsen trap -which rendered it flat – we went back to check on the crow.
The tractor had left, so we jumped the fence and lifted the larsen back into the safety of the woods to check on the bird. Luck wasn’t on our side as as soon as we had jumped back into the woods the gamekeeper appeared with a bucket of corn, baiting hunting towers to shoot deer this evening. We locked eyes and knew we had to run, so run we did!
Two magpies in a carrier and a crow in a massive larsen are not comfortable cargo to lug around while running away from a hunter on a quad bike, but streams are easy to jump and not so easy to drive through and in no time we were collected by someone else and taken to safety.
It was only then that we could check on the crow. They had been very talkative the whole drive, and to our surprise they were not clipped, so we released them after giving some food and water. The caught magpie also looked good and was released the same day, whilst the decoy magpie had the wings cut, so she was transported to a new home where experienced rehabbers will care for them until the clipped feathers re-grow.
All in all an exciting day out, two traps smashed and three individuals helped out of certain suffering and death. Hunters are scum, and scum needs removing. Get out there and fight back.”
“Freeing animals and destroying cages is like listening to Beethoven: beautiful. With the favor of darkness we searched, found and destroyed 4 trap cages used to capture and kill animals considered “invasive.”
To our surprise in one was a still-living nutria that we promptly released and which, surely, would have been starved and thirsty.
The only truly invasive animal is the criminal human.
Get Out, Release, Destroy.
Always, However, Everywhere.

“Liberare animali e distruggere gabbie e’ come ascoltare Beethoven: bellissimo.
“SINCE JANUARY 2025 I HAVE BEEN WORKING AT A THRIFT STORE ON STOLEN LAND OCCUPIED BY THE SO-CALLED UNITED STATES. AMONG THE ITEMS THE STORE REGULARLY RECEIVES ARE CLOTHES MADE FROM ANIMAL FUR, FEATHERS, AND SKIN. AS ONE OF THE WORKERS WHO PROCESSES DONATIONS, I HAVE BEEN HIDING, DESTROYING, THROWING OUT, SABOTAGING, AND DEFACING THESE “PRODUCTS,” SO THAT THEY CANNOT BE SOLD AND HAVE THE ANIMALS’ BODIES DESECRATED ANY FURTHER. UNTIL EVERY CAGE IS EMPTY!”
“In one of our fishing sabotage outings (this includes any damage that can be done to the killers and their belongings and of course to hinder their killing activity) we came across a terrifying scene on the banks of the river, fishermen in the area created a trap for the fish, they made a path for the fish to access the shore, then they cover the access and when the river goes down, the fish are trapped, in this way they catch hundreds of fish, those that do not serve them or do not matter to them remain dead in the place. .
when we arrived we saw hundreds, many in the trap, many others dead, others agonizing and desperate in search of the scarce water that was in the small channel that went from the river to the trap.
We did not hesitate to try to help the agonized and stagnant fish and of course to break the trap, it was an impossible job and a race against time, we divided the task of returning all the fish to the river that were still alive and digging to make the channel deeper and have more water flow, but it was a never ending job to rescue all the fish that were trapped in the trap.
At one point in our work, a group of fishermen approached us, looking for blood to feed on since their fishing had not been good, with a little ingenuity we made them believe that those fish were poisoned and that we should send them to the river so that people would not be poisoned, luckily for those fish, they believed us and helped us to return many of the fish to the river.
after they left, some not so gullible assassins appeared, whom we could not persuade, taking several bags of fish as if they were an object. we were glad to have come across such a scene, which we were able to help hundreds of fish out of the countless that were there. once away, as a farewell to the place, we slashed the tires of several fishermen’s vehicles and scratched their cars.
fishing saboteurs”

“A.L.F Locks Hunters Out Of Lake Colac For The Weekend
Last year a duck hunting season was announced despite a government inquiry that resulted in the recommendation that duck hunting be banned. Multiple actions were taken in response to this including direct action at Jacinta Allen’s office, a rifle club was targeted as well as numerous actions at lakes where hunting is allowed.
This year another season was green lit with an increased period of shooting and an increase in the daily limit of killing. The slaughter of ducks was approved for 83 days and 9 ducks per day per shooter.
Following a report of early shooting on the wetlands and wounded ducks, with video evidence, the A.L.F visited Lake Colac to lock up some gates, and leave some spikes for vehicles to eat up. We chained and locked a fence and for extra measures filled the gaps with expanding foam to make it harder to cut away. Road spikes were also left behind to hit vehicles on their way in for the weekend.
Hunters will be hunted.
In memory of our good friend and amazing activist Liz Dealey. Rest in power.
This action took place on land never ceded. We stand in solidarity with the First Nations people of the land who continue to face oppression.
We acknowledge that all systems of oppression are linked and we call for a free Palestine, Congo, Sudan, and all other lands facing the impacts of colonization. “
“The hunting industry in the spanish state have achieved some goals recently. They will be able to hunt wolves again and in 2025/2026 they will kill 100.000 turtledoves. They will kill also a huge number of other animals. Supported by the far right, they feel strong. That´s the reason we decided it was the time to share with you some contacts of people working on the hunting industry so you can say them what you think about their jobs.
Hunting is murder.

A great way to practice solidarity is to write a letter to a prisoner! If you are looking for prisoners to write to, check out the “Prisoner Support” tab on our website, where you will find a list of prisoners you can write to.
If this is your first time writing to a prisoner, there may be a few things to think about, to get you started. Like, keep it simple! It is okay to write basic things about yourself and your daily life. Let the prisoner get to know you. Also, don’t write anything that could get the prisoner into trouble. And check the specific prison if they have rules about writing to prisoners.
We are stronger when we stick together and take care of each other. Reach out to a prisoner today, practice solidarity!
March was a busy month around the world for direct action for animal liberation. A total of twelve anonymous reports were reported, coming from nine different countries (plus a report from an unknown country in Europe). Reports were also a lot more varied than normal. Whilst a big number were related to either hunting or flesh/animal consumption, there were reports against the pet industry, against the fur trade and against circuses too.
By country, these are the numbers of received reports during March:
From the forests of Sündi and Hambi (which were once one) to the land dominated by the Bavarian state (and surroundings) we send our solidarity and a rage that is happening all over the world, a resistance and attack against green-techno-civilization! For M and N we send warm greetings and will share your fight in our struggle!
Till all are free!
Death to the green-techno-industrial world!
