Back in 2022, a Susaron owned meat packaging plant in Chile was attacked. Six lorries and part of the refrigerated unit were burn to the ground.

Some time later four anarchist and antispeciesist individuals were arrested and sent to prison awaiting trial in connection with the arson attack.

One of those anarchists was sentenced to five years on tag and released from prison a few months ago, but the other three are still sitting in prison awaiting trial and are in dire need of economic support.

Thanks to Krime we have a really cool design to print on t-shirts and tote bags, absolutely all profits made from it will go to the support of the Susaron Prisoners.

These tees and tote bags will be printed as pre-orders only. You won’t be able to get your hands on one of them once pre-orders end at the end of June. For now we have not sold enough to cross the printing threshold, so jump on it and help us support folks in prison!!!

Prisoner support isn’t just the backbone of direct action, ensuring that folks feel comfortable risking their freedom in the knowledge that if something goes wrong, people will have their backs. It also is the strongest form of anti-snitching in the movement. Knowing you are safe if you have to face the law ensures people don’t speak more than they should to avoid consequences.

Get the threads here:

So get involved, show solidarity, grab yourself some nice threads and let’s raise at least a few hundred quid to send to people who really need that support!

Marius Mason is an activist serving a 22 year sentence after being found guilty of arson at a laboratory and on logging equipment.

Marius was approved for gender affirming care in 2022 when he was moved to FCI Danbury, a male prison. He was then transported to FMC Fort Worth where he was supposed to get gender affirming surgery, but he was informed that the health company contracted by the prison was unwilling to perform a hysterectomy. Marius’ doctor has informed him that there are indications of an early onset of cancer on his uterus, yet the facility is unable to provide the care he deserves.

His support team has drafted a letter that they are asking to print and post to put pressure and show support.

Please, read the words below, grab a stamp and print the letter.

Let’s show solidarity to Marius and fight for his health as fearsome as he has fought for our planet.

“Please copy and paste in to your own document, print and send to:

Director Collette Peters
Federal Bureau of Prisons
320 First Street, NW
Washington, D.C. 20534

Dear Director Peters:
Thank you for prioritizing the rehabilitative purpose and programming of the BOP in your role as Director. It was encouraging to see the Transgender Policy Manual posted again, after years of being unavailable on the FBOP site when you came into office. I appreciate the atmosphere of respect, acceptance and safety fostered at the highest level under your administration for all LGBTQIA+ people currently in the carceral system.

I am writing today to call attention to the situation of Marius Mason (née Marie Mason, #04672-061). Mason has been approved by the FBOP for gender-affirming surgery since 2022. He was transferred from FCI Danbury, a male facility, and after living there for two years, he was transported to FMC Fort Worth, where he was to undergo gender affirming surgery. This was the culmination of a 10-year process, beginning in 2013 when Mason asked to be considered for the new transgender medical policy, after a lawsuit created a pathway to medical transition.

However, Mason was informed at a meeting with Dr. Mercado (the Health Services Administrator), Mr. Strickland and Mason’s therapist, Dr. Bartholomew on 5/24/24 that despite having been approved for surgery, the health services contractor that was working for FMC Fort Worth was not willing to provide gender-affirming hysterectomy. It is our understanding that there are in fact local medical professionals who can perform this procedure, without which the other surgeries will be delayed.

Also at this same meeting, Mason was informed that test results from a prior ultrasound had revealed that there was indications of an early onset of cancer in his uterus, and a further test was being ordered to confirm this possible result. If indeed Marius requires a hysterectomy due to uterine cancer, we hope this will be carried out with all possible speed.

I am asking that you please investigate the apparent refusal of a contracted health care to provide care to a trans prisoner, and also to ensure that this denial and delay do not endanger Mason’s health and safety or delay the approved care long enough to prevent it being fulfilled. Thank you for continuing to be an ally to LGBTQIA+ prisoners in the Federal system.

5th June, Copenhagen Denmark.

Received anonymously via email:

“A restaurant in Copenhagen called “Beef” (Bøf) was covered in messages and red paint. This disgusting speciesist place has pieces of animal corpses hanging as decorations. Even their name says how speciesists they are.

We must fight speciesist everywhere we see it. Do whatever you can in the fight for total liberation.

No one is free until everyone is free.”

Today is the day to pay tribute, and offer support, to anarchists locked up by the state.

We salute comrades fighting for the liberation of animals, friends who today cannot join us in the fight, outside the prison walls, because they are serving long prison terms. Comrades like Marius, Sindre, and folks in Susaron 4. You are always remembered! Our common struggle always continues.

On the June 11 website you can read a list of worldwide imprisoned anarchist comrades.

You can also read reports about actions taken in solidarity with long-term prisoners, for example from Russia and Sweden.

June 11th website:

Eight years ago we decided to start Unoffensive Animal because we found the Animal Lib movement devoid of anarchist views and the anarchist movement devoid of animal liberation struggle.

Since then we have acted as an anonymous platform for direct action reports, trying to keep those taking direct action safe and unknown, while giving them a microphone to express themselves and their reasons for taking action.

We have also worked very hard on prisoner support and court support, from fundraising for people who are locked up to giving advice and coins to people who are facing charges or fines, because we believe that people should feel safe that if they are caught breaking the law for their beliefs, they will have people behind them to support them.

We still believe in educating the general public about tech safety, security culture, and anarchism in general, even though we have stopped running workshops. We realised that Unoffensive Animal could not continue to do public speaking events with the amount of repression we were facing.

It hasn’t been easy to keep going for eight years, and we’ve been close to shutting down for good on several occasions. This is not only because of the legal difficulties of running the platform, but also because it is a lot of work for a small number of volunteers who put in a lot of time to make sure we are up to date.

However, we have grown as a collective and there are now a few more people taking care of the content for Unoffensive. We couldn’t be more proud of the small team we’ve built and would like to remind you that you can be part of the collective too!

Finally, we would like to mention how grateful we are to all of you, those who have appeared over the years, but also those who shared our first post and still comment on our stuff from time to time. We are incredibly grateful to all the supporters who donate via Patreon or PayPal, and everyone who has bought some merch to keep us going. It is because of all of you that we can continue to work.

To many more years of direct action until we fucking win.

Unoffensive Animal Collective

Despite it still being early in the Mink and Otter hunting season, the notoriously sneaky and secretive form of wildlife abuse continues to have problems. Last month saw multiple unsuccessful attempts to hunt by different packs and this month is no different. This included the Northern Counties Mink Hounds who were foiled by a large presence of saboteurs from groups from across the Midlands and the North of England. Making sure they didn’t escape and attempt to hunt elsewhere, saboteurs blocked vehicles from leaving making the hunt and limited supporters present all equally grumpy. The following day, North Dorset Hunt Saboteurs intercepted the Courtenay Tracy Mink Hounds who were hunting where Otters had recently been spotted by members of the public. Multiple sabotage groups also stopped the Dove Valley Mink hounds, who met Sunrise Poultry Hoton Farm; who were previously exposed by Animal Justice Project for stamping on and kicking chickens.

A new sabotage group has formed in the area of Somerset and Dorset under the name Two Counties Hunt Saboteurs. Throughout the month they have been busy building their infrastructure as a group by building their online presence, fundraising, recruiting and getting kit together. We would encourage our followers to show them support in whichever way you can; join them, like and share their social media posts, donate to them and send them tip-offs.

Northants Hunt Saboteurs have been keeping the pressure on the Cottesmore Hunt during their ‘fun rides’. These events act as recruiting drives for new members and to raise money for the hunt. Some in the rural community are unaware of the farse of trail hunting and may join for the social element, especially those within the horse-riding community. Protesting these events and highlighting the true intentions of the hunt can, and does, make a dent in the hunts efforts to retain support. Even if potential supporters aren’t sympathetic to wildlife, they may not join a hunt if they don’t want to be doxed as a supporter of the murder of animals. It also upsets the hunt, which is a plus. This pressure is one tactic applied as part of a pressure campaign. Multiple approaches, especially simultaneously, is a proven method to shutting down a hunt for good.

Traps and other mechanisms of wildlife destruction have continued to be dealt with throughout the month. Sheffield Hunt Saboteurs published a video of multiple mole-traps being flattened by a sledge hammer, prompting Underground Badger Syndicate to publish their own sledge hammer skills with a backdrop of flares and included a prompt of making smashing videos a trend. Seemingly, they also like using chainsaws. Not only does ‘direct action save lives’, as quoted by Hertfordshire Hunt Saboteurs who have been busy with snares and fenn traps, it can also be a lot of fun. You might even come across an exotic garden, like The Great Unwashed.

Any information about wildlife killing fundraisers, Mink/Otter hunts, the location of traps, tools and infrastructure used to kill and anything dodgy or suspicious relating to the interference or ill-treatment of wildlife should be reported to your local hunt sabotage group. Unsure of your local group? Contact the Hunt Saboteurs Association’s tip-off line at 07443148426 or via social media. The smallest bit of information could make the biggest different to an innocent life.

In solidarity with the palestinian struggle

A statement like this might feel redundant, too symbolic of a gesture.Normally we don’t care too much about writing such statements but with the current situation in Gaza and the silence coming from most of the anarchists in Germany we feel compelled to at least do this. With it we hope to take part in a bigger dialogue and find ways to position ourselves in anti colonial struggles.

We also feel that the struggle of the Palestinian people didn’t just start the last months but has been ongoing for at least 70 years, as they have been fighting against their erasure, for their land, history and their very existence.

The state of Israel is a settler colonial state, portrayed by the global West as a “beacon of light” or the “only democracy in the middle east” it has based its existence and expansion on displacement and genocide. As any settler colonial state it finds its foundations in systems of power perpetuated by the settlers that repress the indigenous peoples rights and culture, as well as the theft and exploitation of their land. All this is necessary to achieve the complete destruction and replacement of the indigenous people in order to establish itself.

We see this clearly through various Israeli – and foreign- politicians asking for the complete annihilation of Gaza and the creation of settler colonies in its place.

The occupation of Palestine is military. It is based as much in military occupation as in a modern day Apartheid system, even by the standards of the so called “democratic” world. Vast parts of the population exist as “second class citizens” and are subjected to a radically different legal system than the Israeli Jewish population. For example not having the same voting “rights” or being held without a trial for uncertain amounts of time under administrative detention.None of this would be possible without the constant and increasing dehumanization of the Palestinians and the rest of the Arab world, that the West happily takes part in as well. It is once again the old tale of the “good and civilized” people against “the cruel barbarians” we have told so often. Speech about “human animals”, “less than human” and “12 year old terrorists” that is actively being reproduced through the mouths of various politicians both Israeli and not, serves exactly the creation and perpetuation of this narrative, that is so useful to the West.

In addition the constant accusations of antisemitism levied toward any who critique the israeli state are an insidious sleight of hand that places Israel in a category of perpetual righteous victimhood.Anti-zionism and antisemitism are not synonymous. The invasion has been accompanied by heightened repression against anti-zionist, anticolonial and anarchists Jews themselves, especially in Israel and Germany. The city of Gaza has been under siege for 16 years, with its 2 million residents living in what is described as the worlds biggest prison. The German media wants us to focus solely in the attack on the 7th of October led by Hamas and the remaining hostages. Little is being said about the past but also the present situation.

Since October 7th at least 35,000 Palestinians have been killed, people are faced with a man-made famine that is aided by the blockading of humanitarian aid by settler groups, at least half of the population of Gaza has lost their homes and infrastructure strategic to their survival is being targeted in the forms of hospitals, aid workers, press and telecommunications networks. Mass graves are being discovered like in the case of Al-Shifa hospital and horrowing details are emerging about the detainee camps from Israeli wistleblowers. How could we understand building a wall and keeping a city under siege, while blocking access to food and water, other than genocide. How many bodys trapped under rubble we have witness until calling this what it is?

For all of this the Israeli state can of course count on the complicity of the military industrial complex of its siblings the self declared West.Germany for example happily delivers weapons and ammunition for the ongoing killings in Gaza. In 2023 Germany exported military equipment worth over 300 million euros to Israel including bombs and ammunition of various kinds as they are the second biggest supplier after the US. For the German government and war industry the drive is for sure profit but not only that. Like the german war minister said they want to get the german war industry ready for war. What could be more helpful for this task than supplying other nations with weapons in their war efforts. They are so desperate for this to even subsidizing some of the Israeli weapon sales themselves. At the same time German politicians try to spread the narrative of “moral” wars like they did in Kosovo, Afghanistan and Ukraine.

To all the people that consider themselves anarchists in so called Germany, standing still while this war machine is rolling, is not an option. We consider remaining silent as a statement in it self. We cannot ignore what is happening around us just in order to keep everybody comfortable and avoid conflict or because we don´t have all the perfect answers.

This human eating war machine is fueled by German money and German weapons, so we can actually do a lot to bring it to a stop and while a few anarchists join the struggle others let those fighting alone when repression hits.

And two more things, as anarchists we don’t support any state but supporting the attempt to break free from the biggest prison in the world or opposing a genocide, should come without question.

Secondly the exchange of tech and the developments in the Israeli intelligence industry affect all of us and our struggles and should be stopped Do you remember for example “pegasus”?

We operate with Name your Price, at a minimum we’ve set tees at 20 GBP and Tote Bags at 12 GBP but if you can afford more please donate more. Every penny in profits will go directly to the support of Presos Susaron.

Every order comes with free stickers and if you grab a tee and a tote bag we will send a Wildfire magazine for free too!

We aim to post the preorder items Mid July.

Four antispeciesist comrades were arrested in September 2022 accused of setting a Susaron meat packaging plant alight, totally burning six lorries and partially burning a refrigerating unit.

One of the four comrades was earlier this year sentenced to five years on tag and released to the streets, the other three are still awaiting trial.

They need support, solidarity and money, so your donations here go a long way.
