On October 30th Leonard was released from the hospital, back into prison. However, Leonard still needs continued medical care, his health is continuously getting worse. Leonard is 80 years old, having been locked up since 1976, for a crime he didn’t commit. His was convicted by a racist jury of the involvement in the murder of two FBI agents inside Pine Ridge Reservation. Leonard does not have a release date.
